Judging criteria
| Criterion | Points | What we look for |
|---|---|---|
| Relevance to promoting the Seoul Open | 30 | Does it build interest in the upcoming Seoul Open? |
| Idea and originality | 25 | Does it show the creator’s own perspective and expression? |
| Communication | 20 | Can people who know little about tennis understand and enjoy it? |

The organizer may choose not to award some prize categories if there are not enough eligible entries.

Winners will be notified individually by DM from the official account. Reply by the stated deadline to confirm acceptance and provide the information needed to deliver your benefits. If eligibility cannot be verified or you do not reply by the deadline, your prize may be cancelled and awarded to the next eligible entry. Entries or prizes may also be cancelled if rights violations, false information, making an account private or deleting a post, impersonation, fraudulent engagement manipulation, or conduct that compromises fair judging is identified.
Use of winning entries
Copyright in each winning entry remains with its creator. The organizer will request separate permission to use winning entries for promotional purposes. For entries with permission, the Seoul Open may share, repost, or link to the work on its official website and social media channels to promote the challenge and tournament for one year from the winner announcement date. The work may be resized or shortened and have captions added to suit each channel. The creator’s name or account will be credited where practicable. The organizer will not edit the work in a way that changes its meaning or harms the creator’s reputation.
Paid advertising, posts on sponsor or partner channels, sharing with third parties, and use in print materials or outdoor advertising are not covered by the standard permission. The organizer will explain the medium, period, and whether compensation is involved, and request separate permission for any additional use. Entrants are responsible for obtaining the rights needed to use any third-party works, likenesses, or trademarks included in their entry.
